Theframe structure is made of wooden closet with the size of 45x90 ... 240mm. The wood is dried between 16 - 18% and class III treated (by immersion in Bochemit substances). The woodthat comes in contact with the concrete (base), is class IV treated in a drying stove. The frames are made on professional tables, and the nails used on them are with chemical clash.
The standard dimensions for the outside walls :

1 - parget
2 - 50 mm polystyrene
3 - 12 mm OSB
4 - 150 mm structure
5 - 150 mm mineral wool.
6 - vapor barier foil
7 - 12,5 mm gypsum board

For interior walls of the structure lumber is 45 by 100 mm, with gypsum boards on both sides and between the two rows of gypsum boards is mineral wool, 50mm thick, so the sound comfort is within the legal limits.
The flooring material is a beam with the section 45x200 .. 240 mm placed at a distance of about 40 cm from each other. For sound insulation between the beams shall be fitted mineral wool 100mm thick.
For roof framing of the roof material dimensions are 45x220 ... 240 mm, used in the timber-holding pliers or truss to larger openings. Over the pliers for a good spatial stability we apply a layer of OSB, as crash support.
On client request, the exterior walls can be plated on the inside with 8mm OSB and the interior walls, on both sides.
For an increased in resistance, the structure, walls, roof framing are attached with metal (fliers, corners, threaded rods).
