Prices for wooden Houses

From our point of view the expression price per square meter is not accurate because of the variety of architecture and the degree of complexity of the project. An example may be wooden houses with a single level that have a price per square meter higher then those with full attic, or full second floor.
Informativ, o casa din lemn la roşu are un pret pe metru patrat cuprins intre 90 si 130 euro si este construită din: For information purposes, a wooden house without finishes, has a price per square meter between 90 and 130 euros and is composed of:

  1. Spruce timber frame;
  2. Plating the frameing on the outside with 12 mm OSB;
  3. Plating on the upper floor of the habitable structure with 18 mm OSB;
  4. Plating the roof structure on the outside with 15mm OSB;
  5. Mineral wool insulation;
  6. Vapor barrier foil on the inside;
  7. Vapor barrier foil on the roof;

For the same house but with all the finishes the cost per square meter is between 340 and 450 euros:

  1. Everything that the house without finishes has;
  2. Reinforced gypsum boards on the interior and ceilings;
  3. Sandstone and faience in the kitchen and bathroom;
  4. Wooden flooring in the other rooms;
  5. Polystyrene termosistem on the outside and decorative plaster;
  6. Bituminous shingle as cover;
  7. Carpentry in white PVC thermo;
  8. Interior wooden latter;

Installation of wooden houses is done by a team of 4-5 workers from our company, and the costs are negotiated depending on the complexity of the house.

The deadline for completion of the houses is about 60 days without finishes from the date of concluding the contract and about 100 days with finishes.
